1. Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice unless negotiated beforehand. Due date is on tax Invoice along with postal address and bank transfer details.
2. All works must be clean, dry and all loose materials must be removed before works commence any additional labor will be charged at an hourly rate of $100p/h +GST
3. We require complete access to all works throughout the day and any other trades who are scheduled to be onsite must be made aware that they are not to enter any rooms to be caulked. This is to ensure that we are not held up or areas to be caulked are not damaged before or after caulking there are no expectations and any damage or hold ups will be at the customers responsibility.
4. All meter rates are subject to these conditions any variation from these terms will require negotiation before work, commences otherwise we will revert to an hourly rate plus materials.
5. Any scaffolding or Elevated Work Platforms required must be supplied by the customer at their own cost.
6. Minimum Charge for all jobs is $175 + Materials + GST
7. Parking is to be provided by the client if suitable parking is not available all charges for parking will be at the clients responsibility.
